1. General Terms

Jheri South Coaching LLC provides online courses, one-on-one coaching services, and other related resources. These terms apply to all clients and participants engaging with our services.

2. Online Courses

• All online course purchases are non-refundable.
• Access to course materials is provided after payment is successfully processed.
• Sharing or redistributing course content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. One-on-One Coaching Services

Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to the coaching session. Sessions will not be confirmed or held without receipt of full payment.

Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions must be canceled at least 7 days before the start of the next term.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 4 weeks of the originally scheduled session.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before may be refunded within 7 business days.

4. Text-Based Coaching (Marco Polo)

Text-based coaching through the Marco Polo app is offered as an asynchronous communication option. Clients may send up to 4 or 8 messages per month depending on the selected plan, each up to 10 minutes long. Responses are provided within a reasonable timeframe during regular business hours. Unused messages do not roll over. This is not a substitute for live or emergency support.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must show up on time and prepared for each session.
• Results depend on the client’s effort and commitment to implementing the coaching strategies discussed.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. For clients under 18, relevant details may be shared with parent or legal guardian as needed. Jheri South Coaching LLC will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jheri South Coaching LLC is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or results stemming from coaching sessions, text-based support, or course participation.

8. Changes to Terms

Jheri South Coaching LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
