When your teen joins the ADHD Teen Coaching HUB, they’ll gain access to 12 weeks of deep guidance, ongoing support, and practical tools designed just for them. Here’s what they’ll experience:
Personalized Coaching Journey – A 90-minute kickoff session with Jheri to set goals and build trust, four additional private sessions with a coach (weeks 3, 5, 7, and 9) to dig deeper into challenges and strategies, and a 60-minute wrap-up session to reflect, measure progress, and celebrate growth.
Weekly Interactive Sessions – Hands-on, live group coaching where teens don’t just listen, they practice strategies, role-play real-life scenarios, and walk away with tools they can immediately apply.
Daily Support, On Demand – Through Voxer, your teen will have ongoing access to their coach every day of the week. When questions, struggles, or wins come up between sessions, they can leave a message and know they’ll get thoughtful feedback and encouragement  when they need it.
Core ADHD Topics – We’ll tackle procrastination, impulsivity, emotional regulation, relationships, boundaries, and overall well-being, all with an emphasis on turning ADHD into a superpower.
