2. Online Courses

• All online course purchases are non-refundable.
• Access to course materials is provided after payment is successfully processed.
• Sharing or redistributing course content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. One-on-One Coaching Services

• Payment must be made in full prior to the coaching session. Sessions will not be confirmed or held without receipt of full payment.

• Subscriptions must be canceled at least 7 days before the start of the next term. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the subscription automatically renewing for the subsequent term.

• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the original session time.
• Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 4 weeks of the originally scheduled session. Sessions not rescheduled within this timeframe will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must show up on time and prepared for each session.
• Results depend on the client's effort and commitment to implementing the coaching strategies discussed.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential.
• For clients under the age of 18, relevant details may be shared with the client's parent or legal guardian as needed.
• Jheri South Coaching LLC will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Jheri South Coaching LLC is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or results stemming from the coaching sessions or course participation.

7. Changes to Terms

• Jheri South Coaching LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
