2. Online Courses

• All online course purchases are non-refundable.
• Access to course materials is provided after payment is successfully processed.
• Sharing or redistributing course content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. One-on-One Coaching Services

• Payment: Coaching sessions must be paid for in full before the start of each monthly term.
• Subscription Cancellations: Cancellations for ongoing subscriptions must be made at least 7 days prior to the next term to avoid being charged for the following month.
• Rescheduling:
  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled session.
  • Sessions not completed within this timeframe will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must show up on time and prepared for each session.
• Results depend on the client's effort and commitment to implementing the coaching strategies discussed.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential.
• For clients under the age of 18, relevant details may be shared with the client's parent or legal guardian as needed.
• Jheri South Coaching LLC will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Jheri South Coaching LLC is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or results stemming from the coaching sessions or course participation.

7. Changes to Terms

• Jheri South Coaching LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
