Got questions before you get started?

We've got answers!

1. Who do you work with?

I work with neurodivergent individuals, specializing in ADHD and Autism. My clients range from children as young as 8 to teens, young adults, and parents. Whether you’re navigating school, work, relationships, or parenting challenges, I provide tailored support that honors your unique brain and helps you thrive.

2. What kinds of support do you offer?

I offer a range of support options to meet different needs and preferences:
  • 1:1 Coaching: Weekly private sessions tailored to your goals, using a structured coaching model to reframe thoughts and build practical skills. You'll also receive resources and tools to support your progress between sessions.
  • Group Coaching: A supportive adult group environment where members learn from each other, share experiences, and receive guided coaching on real-life challenges.
  • Marco Polo Support Subscription: Ongoing access to personalized video coaching via the Marco Polo app, where you can ask questions, share updates, and receive direct support throughout the week.
  • Online ADHD Course: A self-paced program filled with practical strategies, education, and mindset tools that can be revisited anytime.
Each option is designed to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and grow with confidence.

3. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on exploring the past and uncovering the roots of emotional struggles, offering guidance for healing and personal insight. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. It helps you reframe current challenges, break free from unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical tools for growth.
Rather than giving advice, coaching empowers you to make aligned decisions for yourself. If you're neurodivergent, our work will also include creating a personalized "owner’s manual" that helps you understand and work with your brain—leveraging your strengths and learning strategies that honor the way you’re wired.

4. Do I (or my child) need an official ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

Absolutely not. While I specialize in neurodivergence, you do not need a formal diagnosis to benefit from coaching. I work with individuals who want to better understand themselves, build confidence, improve relationships, and create meaningful change—whether or not they’ve been diagnosed. My clients include teens, parents, couples, and professionals navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, communication issues, and personal growth. Coaching is about transformation, not labels.

5. Is this only for people with ADHD?

Not at all. While I specialize in ADHD and neurodivergence, coaching is for anyone seeking growth, clarity, and change. Many of my clients come to me for help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, parenting challenges, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck.
Whether you have a diagnosis or not, if you’re ready to better understand yourself, improve your mindset, and build a life that feels more aligned—you’re in the right place.

6. Why should I choose you?

There are many out there—but what sets me apart is connection, lived experience, and deep understanding. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, especially those navigating debilitating ADHD, RSD, anxiety, and identity struggles.

As a mother of seven neurodivergent children, I’ve walked through some of life’s hardest moments—including a child’s suicide attempts, my own divorce, and the overwhelming search for real solutions. Coaching changed my life when therapy couldn’t. I live what I teach, and I bring that same compassion, insight, and practical wisdom to every session.

My clients don’t just feel supported—they feel seen, heard, and truly understood. I do this work to be the person I desperately needed during my own hard seasons. If you're looking for someone who "gets it" and knows how to help, you’re in the right place.
